Texas Coworking will be hosting it’s first annual Austin Coffee Showdown featuring coffee from 64 coffee shops in the Austin area. The Austin Coffee Showdown will be taking place from 7:00 am until 9:00 am Monday to Friday for four weeks. We are carefully selecting the judges who will be participating in blind tastings in order to determine which coffee shop produces the best cup of drip coffee. Business professionals, entrepreneurs, the technology community, students and coffee shop customers are some of the various attendees this event will draw.

Our vision is to create an event that will offer a focus on community building and collaborative cooperation. Our goal is to build on the success and firmly establish the Austin Coffee Showdown as an annual event. We have established a marketing strategy and are working with advertisers to bring in traffic to both the website as well as throughout this 4 week event. This is the perfect event for web exposure and on-site presence. This will provide the perfect marketing opportunity both prior as well as during the duration of the event. IN-KIND AND MEDIA SPONSORSHIP: These sponsors help contribute to the event to keep costs low. This is earned through participation in the event, contribution of goods and services and add to the promotions or incentives of the event. This also could include a monetary sponsorship plus a non-monetary contribution to our event for achieving a higher sponsorship level.

We are confident these sponsorship opportunities will provide thousands of impressions both in the time leading up to the event as well as for the duration of the event.

If an offer of sponsorship is acceptable, the organizers of Austin Coffee Showdown will prepare a more detailed document that will serve as a contract between us and your company.
