How the Ranking Works

Every shop on the list is judged on the same five criteria: espresso quality, vibe, food, patio, and the deciding factor — would you go back tomorrow? The notes are written from real visits, not press releases. When a shop's best drink is the cortado, we say so; when the location beats the espresso, we say that too.
